What are our NLP Practitioner courses like?

I get asked that question all the time.  How many people do you get on an NLP + HGE training?  Typically between 6 and 20 students per training.  We like to keep the numbers relatively small.  With a lot of courses there’s 50 to 100 people in the room, and while that may be good for the company it means the amount of individual attention you get is lessened.

Now let's talk about our very special Venue:

Courses are tailor-made to suit the students in the room, so each and every Practitioner course is different.  Even though the syllabus may be essentially similar, the course itself always has a different flavour, a different atmosphere and a different slant, depending on who’s in the audience.  Obviously, if you’ve got an audience full of sales people, then a lot of the course will be aimed at increasing your abilities in those areas.   If you have a room full of therapists, then we try and make sure that the course is beneficial to them.  Obviously, we tend to attract people from different disciplines, and therefore we teach you a number of different approaches and different applications, which actually increases your options and flexibility.  Educators learn how to do therapy, therapists learn how to educate.

Numbers are kept small, so that we can have a high student-to-assistant ratio.  I like to bring on board in the courses people who’re already ahead of you, in that they’re already Practitioners or Master Practitioners.   You get to speak to people who’ve done the course.  You get to ask them about what you can expect once you leave the course.  You can get feedback from people who are pioneers to you, in that they’re slightly ahead of you, so they’re good role-models.

I firmly believe the only difference between a novice, someone like yourself who hasn’t actually done a course yet, and me, is time.  Anyone can learn these skills, and everyone should!

Training in NLP/HGE is really fun.  Your trainers have spent a lot of time here in Glasgow over the years, so if you have any questions about the training or what to do while you're here, just ask.  We have done everything we can to make sure that your learning environment is the best that it possibly can be.  All of us here at the training are available to answer your questions, clarify points, to help you learn a pattern, to discuss the finer points of NLP/HGE, or just mingle.
